A true Texas classic, the Brisket comes from the lower chest of the steer and is made up of two distinct muscles: the flat and the point. The flat is lean and uniform in shape, while the point is thicker, more marbled, and packed with rich intramuscular fat. Together, they create a cut that’s bold in flavor and built for low-and-slow cooking.

This is the cut pit masters dream about — perfect for smoking, braising, or oven roasting. Slice it thick for Sunday dinner or shred it for sandwiches, tacos, and leftovers that never disappoint.

We ship via express services with delivery in 1–3 days. Each order is carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit.

Your beef will arrive frozen or partially frozen and is safe to place directly in your freezer.
