At Baty Ranch Beef, we take pride in providing premium, ranch-raised beef from our family ranch in Texas. Because we ship perishable, frozen products, our return policy differs from non-food items.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of frozen meat products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
We do not accept returns on perishable items.
Damaged, Thawed, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@batyranch.com and include:

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we will make it right.
Shipping Delays
All orders are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and ice packs. While we carefully pack every order, carrier delays are outside of our control once the package leaves our facility.
If a shipping delay results in your order arriving unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
