What to Expect at Delivery
It’s normal for your beef to arrive partially thawed — especially during warmer months or longer transit times. As long as the product is cold to the touch and under 40°F, it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze.
If your box arrives warm or fully thawed, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll review the issue and make it right.
